Author's POV and Purpose
1) The author's point of view is how people care more when they know a place or bean their before and people went to paris for vacation's and so people have a different reaction then if other places got bombed.
Evidence 1: "Several people quickly found an article on the attack written by the british broadcasting corp. news service. Then, they passed the article on to other people. soon thousands and thousands of people had read the article. what many people did not notice was when the article was written. it was first published more than seven years ago, on April 3, 2015.
Evidence 2: "The city of Beirut, Lebanon, was attacked the day before Paris was attacked. It was hit by the same violet group, islamic state also called ISIS, the group wants to start its own country under Islamic law and has taken over parts of Syria and Iraq."
Evidence 3: "Some people think the difference is unfair, even racist. They believe it shows that Americans and over other Westerners care less about people who are not Western or white."
2) I do agree because people got more sad when paris got bombed but people had a different reaction when Beirut, and Lebanon got bombed.
3) It is Inform because he/she is giving us information about the reaction on the paris bombing then the other bombing that were in Beirut, and Lebanon.
